Kizami wasabi recipe

This is only general advice on how to use kizami wasabi to go with grilled fish or meat.

Ingredients
  

  • meat or fish
  • kizami wasabi
  • soy sauce (optional)
  • yuzu peel (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Grill meat or fish.
  • Using a spoon, top grilled meat or fish with a small amount of kizami wasabi.
  • Drizzle a small amount of soy sauce on top of kizami wasabi. (optional)
  • Using a microplane, sprinkle a light dusting of yuzu peel zest on top.

Notes

For salmon, I sautéed in grass-fed butter.
I used my fish grill to roast yakitori chicken and anago (sea eel). As an alternative, you could use a bbq grill, broiler, fry pan, or oven.
If you don't have access to yuzu, you could skip it or substitute with lemon peel.
