Using a spoon, top grilled meat or fish with a small amount of kizami wasabi.
Drizzle a small amount of soy sauce on top of kizami wasabi. (optional)
Using a microplane, sprinkle a light dusting of yuzu peel zest on top.
Notes
For salmon, I sautéed in grass-fed butter.I used my fish grill to roast yakitori chicken and anago (sea eel). As an alternative, you could use a bbq grill, broiler, fry pan, or oven.If you don't have access to yuzu, you could skip it or substitute with lemon peel.
