Slice lemon, remove seeds, and squeeze juice directly into blender.
Cover blender with lid. Blend until smooth or no small chunks of ginger remain.
Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
I always choose coconut water (or juice) with no added sugar.I use organic matcha. For this recipe, it doesn't have to be the very best quality. You may not be able to taste the difference.Sea salt: I recommend using high quality salt such as Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.
