DO YOU STRUGGLE WITH OVEREATING?

Introducing the course, and community, created for people who struggle with overeating and emotional eating…

DISCOVER YOUR PATH
TO WEIGHT LOSS AND
HEALTH IN THE EAST.

“HEALTHY SNACKS FOR THE SOUL”

LOSE YOUR FIRST POUND IN SEVEN DAYS BY SNACKING A LITTLE BIT BETTER

“CRUMBS OF WISDOM FROM THE EAST THAT WILL CHANGE WHO YOU ARE FROM THE INSIDE OUT.”

Desperate to change your body but need that little nudge to get you started?

Imagine when you were still a baby—it’s your first time walking all the way across the living room floor.

Picture your last two steps… the beaming smile on your face after you did it and that big-g-g-g-g hug you got at the end.

That’s what this will be like (and feel like).

Small, attainable goal. Baby steps forward. And everyone in the room cheering you on.

You go, baby!

Join a community of snackers who are just like you. Inside the group, get all the knowledge, inspiration, and support you need to make your success a reality. Reach your weight loss or health goals starting with one teeny-tiny step in the right direction.

This is baby steps. You can do baby steps.

Eventually, we all grow up. But sometimes we just stop growing…

When it comes to your diet, if you feel stuck or don’t even know where to begin, this is the solution to your problem.

The baby you never said, “Why even bother? I’m never going to be able lose this baby fat. I mean, me? Seriously, I poop my pants twice a day. This is just who I am!

The baby you was used to crawling around until that one day when someone hoisted you up by your armpits onto your two feet.

You were like, “Whoa!”

“Ahhh-yeah! Hey, everyone! Goo-goo. Gah-gah. You all thought I was just a baby? Look who’s walking now! !”

With a little lifting you up, a few pats on your back, you can do this.

You’re might be thinking, what does any of this have to do with me when I was a baby?

Everything. You learned this behavior when you were a kid, likely between the ages of 3 – 7.

Think back to the buffet restaurants you ate at growing up…

I’ll admit, I even threw up at The Blue Top Restaurant all-you-can-eat Sunday buffet (at the table!) and in the bathroom at Al Johnson’s after Swedish pancakes with strawberries and whip cream, french fries, a pickle, and chocolate milk. How can I forget!?

As a kid, I can remember finishing off entire tubes of Ritz crackers, shoveling down tupperware tubs of chex mix, and literally “drinking” every last goldfish cracker directly from their silver-lined package. I’d eat 3 – 4 homemade chocolate chip cookies before they got the chance to cool down from the oven. I also became a star member of my Grandma Doreen’s “Clean Plate Club” before my two pieces of carrot cake or the pineapple cake with Cool Whip frosting.

The big truth is, if you had just been born in Japan, chances are that you wouldn’t be battling with overeating right now, or ever in your lifetime…

Want to learn more how you can change this, like I did, without moving countries?

Don’t worry- eating raw fish and seaweed sandwiches not required. I’m American- I still love my peanut butter. 😉

IF YOU’RE STUCK IN THE PAINFUL CYCLE OF:

  • You’ve tried going on diets and always failed
  • You eat or drink (fill in the blank) to numb out your negative emotions or stress.
  • Even when you’re full…you still keep eating
  • You just can never commit to your diet and you beat yourself up over it again and again, or…
  • In your heart, you want to change but never actually take that first step for whatever reason

Then, this is what you need …

Hi, I’m Matt!  This is me at age 39 (wearing Levis’s jeans: size 30 waist). In way better shape now than when I was 21.

How did I do it? An even better question to ask: How can you do it?

FREE YOURSELF FROM THE CHAINS OF EMOTIONAL EATING!

WHEN ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

You’re sick and tired of feeling sick and tired…

IT’S YOUR TIME TO BREAK FREE!

I always hear people who attend my workshops, friends, and even people who go to my gym say stuff like this:

“Carbs are like crack for me.”

“If I’ve had two glasses of chardonnay, you’ll find me in the pantry foraging for anything I can find.”

“I have a sweet tooth and I know it’s never going away.”

“I can’t live without eating chocolate every day.”

Do any of these sound like you?

Welcome to the club! You’ve found the right place- you’re  gonna be in good company, with people who get you.

Me at 21, before I moved to Japan-  I can still remember “sucking in my gut” for this picture. Levis jeans: 31 waist. Working holiday in the UK: scones or crumpets with jam for breakfast, drinking tea with milk and sugar at least 4-5 times a day,  2 or 3 pints of beer with packets of crisps every night with my mates after work.

My next stage: living in Japan, by 2015— my new Levis size…33.

In this seven day action-packed course, I’m going to lead you step-by-step, giving you the practical tools and strategies that will enable you stop overeating and be in total control of what you eat. I’ll give you the seven secrets to mastering your health that no one ever bothered to teach you when you were growing up.

It’s not their fault- no one taught them either.

No one taught me! It’s taken me years to unlearn the wrong information and learn what I know now.

Once you learn how to not let food control you, imagine the freedom you’ll feel!

Matt Eisenhauer, author of “The Healthy Snacker’s Guide to Japan”, has been featured here:

WHEN EVERYTHING YOU’VE TRIED ALREADY DOESN’T WORK

“When you have exhausted all possibilities, remember this: you haven’t. ” —Thomas Edison.

Your TV, smartphone, maybe even your coffee maker, all come with like 80-page user guides, even with a section dedicated to trouble-shooting.

At birth, we’re all given these multi-function, extremely high-powered machines: our brains and our bodies.

Wouldn’t it have been handy if they came with handbooks, not just hands?

In elementary school, we were told by our third grade teachers to eat healthy fruits and vegetables, follow the food guide pyramid.

But did anyone actually teach you how to eat veggies with hummus dip when that cream-filled chocolate cake with frosting at your meeting is exactly what you need after your stress-filled day?

If your answer is no, me too.

When we‘re starving, tired, stressed out, and there’s cake, we don’t need another doctor or nutritionist telling us we should eat kale instead of triple-layered chocolate cake.

Right? The vast majority of information on diets out there only tell you what to eat.  Eat the veggies and hummus dip. Eat a salad.

This course is like a user’s manual that shows you exactly how you can take small, effective, practical steps forward when you have a brain that’s hardwired to say  “I need cake- I need cake- I need cake- I need cake. Cake? I need cake.”

START FEELING GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF!

When it boils down to it, isn’t that what you really want? Feeling good about yourself = a better quality of life.

What you need is the right tools and strategies, mentoring and support from people who are gonna build you up strong. Your real break-throughs happen when you connect to others and support each other- positive vibes only!

When you lift yourself up, you lift everyone else around you with you. Community is power!

This 7-day challenge will teach you how to lose weight by snacking, but it’s way more than that.

You’ll also learn:

  • The one thing that’s been holding you back all this time.
  • How to restructure your environment–  make the key renovations to your surroundings.
  • Reveal your triggers to eat emotionally and what to do with your cravings.
  • How to break your cycle of yo-yo diets and binge eating once and for all.
  • How to cultivate a feeling of self-worth– you deserve this!
  • Simple, effective tools and strategies to gain confidence and believe in yourself.
  • How to overcome your struggle with self-doubt and limiting beliefs.

Also includes a lifetime membership to our online community: “The Healthy Snacker’s Club” so you always have the support you need.

If we were a school, maybe our classes would have names like these:

“When your boss was a real insensitive jerk – how not to binge on carbs all night 101”

Intro to “Do I look fat in this?”- how to feel better about yourself without chocolate.”

Physical Education: how to relax your body and fall asleep without Häagen-Dazs or three cans of beer.

It’s not advanced Calculus, overly science-y, organic chemistry, and everything way over your head. None of that!

The course material will meet you where you’re at, at your level.

THE SECRET TO YOUR SUCCESS IS BACKED BY CUTTING-EDGE SCIENCE, BUT IT’S NOTHING NEW

MANY OF THE TOOLS YOU’RE GOING TO LEARN IN THIS COURSE HAVE BEEN AROUND FOR MILLENNIUMS- MONKS IN ASIA HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS.

Now close your eyes and imagine a monk, dressed in a robe, shaved head.

What kind of picture did your imagination paint?

Did any of these descriptions come to mind? Calm, old man with few wrinkles, baby-soft skin, slim-figured, happy face, at peace in any situation, sipping on tea slowly with his other monk friends…

Doesn’t that sound exactly like what you want?

(except for maybe the “old man” part)

I’ve lived in Japan a long time- I can’t say I’ve ever seen a monk that looked unhappy or overweight!

(Maybe only the monks who invented beer had tummies.)

SO NOW YOU EXPECT ME TO JOIN A MONASTERY?

No! Just hold on for one sec.

My mission is to present these timeless tools and effective strategies that I’ve learned from the East in way that’s relatable to you and meaningful in the modern day Western world. Nobody’s joining the monastery, but it doesn’t mean you can’t learn from thousands of years of accumulated wisdom.

Here’s my point: close your eyes. One last time, try to imagine an old, wise monk eating mindlessly, maybe binging on chocolate or potato chips and a 2 liter of Coke.

In your imagination, the images just don’t seem to mesh together, right?

That’s my point. Monks learn this stuff- the vast majority of us in the Western world don’t.

Until now, you may have been trying to lose weight by starving yourself or following a special diet plan.

The truth is, diets that fail are all about what you put in your mouth.

The secret to unlocking your success has everything to do with the how.

Until this course, it’s the how that’s been missing. How to trouble-shoot when the broken record in your brain repeats “I need cake, I need cake, I need cake.”

This is not a diet. It’s not a healthy lifestyle app for your phone. It’s the start of your journey back to your true self, who you were meant to be when you were brought into this world.

“Just because that little voice in your head says you can’t do something, it doesn’t mean you have to listen…”

You’ll be surprised by how much easier it is once you just get your hands on the “user’s guide”.

The new you is one baby step in front of you. Just like learning to walk, we keep cheering you on until you make it.

Disclosure: I am not a doctor, nutritionist, dietician, or Zen master. I have no medical training at all. I’m just a normal guy, who use to struggle with low self-confidence, lack of self-worth, and stress —every single day I ate and drank to feel numb. After years of figuring this out for myself, losing 20 lbs, and building myself up, I created this course to lift others up, just as my teachers and mentors did for me. If you struggle with food, I’m someone who’s maybe a few steps ahead of you on my journey… For years, I’ve been obsessed with finding the secrets to transforming my own body and rewiring the brain that used to tell me “I need a beer” every day at 5 o’clock and an ice cream bar before bed.

This course is for Educational and Information Purposes only. The materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any specific medical conditions. Please consult your doctor before altering your diet in any way.
